Terms of Purchase
These terms apply when you purchase the SME Growth OS bundle (StratPrio + FlowSuite) through this site.
What you buy
The bundle includes StratPrio Platinum and five FlowSuite Pro users. FlowSuite includes CRM, leads, pipeline, quotes, jobs, time reporting, invoicing, automation, integrations and AI support. Each product keeps its own account and workspace.
Plans and prices
Monthly plan: 4 290 SEK / 385 EUR per month, billed monthly. Annual plan: 41 880 SEK / 3 780 EUR per year, billed annually. The annual plan is purchased together with a one-time implementation fee of 9 900 SEK / 890 EUR, so the first payment is 51 780 SEK / 4 670 EUR; renewals are the annual price only. Prices exclude VAT; applicable tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your country.
Implementation (annual plan)
The annual plan comes with guided implementation, charged as the one-time fee above: account setup, company profile, first analysis, pipeline configuration, import of contacts and leads, a joint kickoff session and a 30-day follow-up. We contact you within one business day after purchase to schedule the kickoff.
Additional users
The bundle includes five FlowSuite Pro users. Additional users cost 399 SEK / 36 EUR per user per month on the monthly plan, or 3 888 SEK / 350 EUR per user per year on the annual plan. The selected number renews with the subscription.
Billing and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. The payment method you used at checkout is charged on each renewal.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Monthly plans: access continues until the end of the paid month; no further charges. Annual plans: access continues until the end of the paid year and the plan does not renew. Cancellation takes effect at period end — already-paid periods are not refunded, except where mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights.
Plan changes
Upgrading from monthly to annual applies immediately at a prorated price. Downgrading from annual to monthly takes effect at the next renewal.
Fair use and conduct
The service is intended for normal business use. Misuse, attempts to breach security or unlawful use may lead to suspension.
Liability
We provide the service with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
